Thirtieth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Sunday
Every Sunday is a little Easter, the Lord’s Day, when the Church gathers for the Eucharist. Ordinary Time (from “ordinal,” counted weeks) follows the public life and teaching of Jesus, week by week.

Glorious Mysteries
First Mystery: The Resurrection

“He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.”Matthew 28:6
On the third day Jesus rises gloriously from the dead. The angel at the empty tomb tells the holy women not to be afraid, and the risen Lord Himself meets them.
Fruit of the mystery: Faith
Come, Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love.
V. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And you shall renew the face of the earth.
