Fourth Mystery: The Presentation
This mystery is featured for The Presentation of the Lord.

““Now you are releasing your servant, Master, according to your word, in peace;”Luke 2:29
In obedience to the Law, Mary and Joseph present the Child Jesus in the Temple. The righteous Simeon takes Him in his arms and blesses God, and the prophetess Anna speaks of Him to all awaiting redemption.

The Angelus
V. The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary.
R. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit. Hail Mary…
V. Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
R. Let it be done to me according to your word. Hail Mary…
V. And the Word was made flesh.
R. And dwelt among us. Hail Mary…
Pour forth, we pray, O Lord, your grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the Incarnation of Christ your Son was made known by the message of an angel, may by his Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of his Resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
